55th Wedding Anniversary Card

Hi,

I wanted to make a special Card for a couple celebrating their 55th Wedding Anniversary. In the end I decided on an Accordion Card as this type of Card gives gives a number of sides to add your chosen Sentiments & Messages to.

Whilst I had 8 sides in my Card you can add more, this makes an Accordion Card brilliant if you are making a Card where a number of people will be signing it & adding messages. It also makes a fabulous mini Photograph Album.

Below is my You Tube Video. It occurred to me that probably we are not called on to make a lot of 55th Wedding Anniversary Cards, but it's a great Card for all sorts of occasions. So, this is not a full You Tube Tutorial but it shares how to make an Accordion Card as well as the measurements of the elements I used to decorate it & well as the Products used. Once you have made the basic Card, it can be adapted & decorated to suite the occasion you are making it for.

I have to say that my Cameraman (AKA Jim my Husband) clearly got distracted whilst filming & when it gets to the bit where I am explaining how to add additional pages to the Card he has filmed me speaking rather than me Crafting. We have therefore added a couple of minutes at the end of the film which just explains how to add more pages to your Card if you wish, So, when I say Goodbye, just stick with the Video for another couple of minutes.

Until next time

Take care
