Normally we would say that if a Stamp Set has coordinating Dies or a Punch & is being offered as a Bundle, then buy the Bundle & you will save 10%.

However in the Sale Bundles have not been reduced beyond the usual 10% discount, but in many cases the Products that make up the Bundle are being offered at a larger discount. So, in this instance it is much more cost effective to buy the Products separately. Hope that makes sense.
