This is the Blog Post to accompany my latest You Tube Tutorial which features the Sale-A-Bration Reward - the Paper Blooms Designer Series Paper (DSP).
Card Measurements
Base Card (Whisper White or Basic White) 8" x 6" scored at 4" on the long side.
(20cm x 15cm scored at 10cm on the long side)
Style of Card - Landscape
1 piece of DSP 5 3/4" x 3 3/4" (9.5cm x 14.5cm) this is stuck to the front of the Card.
1 piece of Rococo Rose Cardstock 5 3/4 x 3 3/4" (9.5cm x 14.5cm) this is the first layer for the inside of the Card.
1 piece of White Card 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" for inside of the Card.
The strip of DSP to decorate the White Card is cut at 1/2" x 6" (1.5cm x 15cm) Once stuck trim to size as shown in the Tutorial.
1 piece of Rococo Rose Cardstock 3" x 5 3/4" (7.5cm x 14.5cm)
this piece will be Die Cut using the Curvy Die. Although the Paper is cut at 3" in height (7.5cm) aim to place the Die at around 2 1/2" (6.5cm) Once cut the card may still be a bit too large for the front of the Card, trim the bottom of the Card with your Paper Trimmer to the size you think looks best. Mine finished up at around 2 1/4" (6cm) in the highest point.
As mentioned in the Video any of the cut out pieces of the design that have not been removed during the Die cutting process, remove using a Paper Piercer.

I mentioned in the Tutorial how the Curvy Dies could be used to create plain edges with no decoration, below is a short Video which hopefully explains this in more detail:-
PRODUCT DETAILS USED ARE LISTED ON THE FRONT OF THE TUTORIAL.
The DSP Strip for the envelope was cut at 1 1/2" x 5" (4cm x 13cm) & then trimmed once stuck.
Finally, if you do not currently have a Die Cut Machine, you could as suggested add a straight piece of Rococo Rose across the bottom of the Card, I would suggest cutting at 1 3/4" x 5 3/4" (4.5cm x 14.5cm) this will leave more of the DSP showing & you can add Wink of Stella to more flowers to add detail. The Pearls could be placed across the top of the Rococo Rose Card & a Punch could be used for the Sentiment.
Whilst I have featured the Paper Blooms DSP & used the Massive Thanks Stamp Set, the Card design will work with Paper, Card & Sentiment of your choice.
