Hi,
In my last Blog Post I featured a Card Tutorial using the Sale-A-Bration Reward - The Berry Blessings Stamp Set & Berry Delightful Designer Series Paper (DSP). I have really enjoyed using this Sale-A-Bration Reward & as promised in my last Post I'm back to just share a few Cards that I have made using it.
These 2 designs are from the same sheet of paper. I have used the red checked DSP as the first layer on the front of my Card as well as in the inside of the Card.
The square which frames the Strawberry design on the front is Die Cut from the red checked paper using the largest Square in the Stitched Shapes Dies.
The Framed Strawberry design is achieved by cutting an additional piece of DSP at
3 1/2" x 4 1/2" ( 9cm x 11.5cm) & this is stuck underneath the red checked side of the paper so that the Strawberry design is framed by the die cut square.
I have used a strip of the DSP - the Strawberry design to coordinate with the panel on the front to decorate the White Card inside.
Base Card = 6" x 8" scored at 4" on the long side (15cm x 20cm scored at 10cm on the long side)
1st layer cut at 5 3/4" x 3 3/4" (9.5cm x 14.5cm)
2nd layer (White Card inside for message) cut at 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" (9cm x 14cm)
Strip of DSP cut at 1/2" x 4" (1.5cm x 10cm) stick onto white card & then trim to fit before sticking the white cardstock down inside the Card.
Extra piece of White Card is needed for Sentiment which is from the Berry Blessings Stamp Set. It is stamped in Granny Green Apple & Die Cut using a crinkle edge Layering Oval Die. It is the attached to the Card using Stampin' Dimensionals.
For added detail I have picked out the Flowers in the Central panel with Wink Of Stella & added 3 Basic Rhinestones.
This is again using the same sheet of DSP. The Blueberry Panel on the Front is cut out using the same Die that was used in my Tutorial from the Hippo & Friends Dies. The strip of DSP inside is the Blueberry design.
Card measurements are as above.
The Sentiment which is from the Massive Thanks Stamp Set has been stamped in Pacific Point on White Card & Die cut using a plain edge Layering Oval. A slightly larger Oval has been cut using a Crinkle edge Layering Oval Die from a piece of Pacific Point Card & finally a slightly larger oval has been Die cut from Black Card using a plain edge Layering Oval Die. It is then layered & stuck as follows:- Black oval at the bottom, Pacific Point oval in the middle & White Oval with sentiment on the Top. This is attached to the front of the Card using Stampin' Dimensionals.
For added detail I have picked out the Blueberries in the central panel with Wink Of Stella.
This Card I shared on the Tutorial:-
The Panel is cut out using the largest Crinkle edge Layering Oval Die
