World Cardmaking Day was established by a Papercraft magazine back in 2006 for the subscribers of their magazine & the date was set as the first Saturday in October.
Over time this special day which is still held on the first Saturday of October has evolved into a worldwide event dedicated to Handmade Cards. This year it falls on Saturday 1st October. This event celebrates the value of Handmade Cards & affords the opportunity to take time out to get creative & make & send a Card to someone we care about.
This year is extra special because Stampin' Up! have organised a free virtual event. Here in the UK it will run from 1.00pm until 4.00pm this Saturday - you can join this Event using the LINK below:-
